Yes. At my company, all activities that won’t need to touch carriers’ side, won’t be impacted. However, new circuits, new bandwidth and etc. might be available at that time period.

Just called up a contact at China Telecom this morning and was told that it will only have an impact on large IT infrastracture projects and it will have minimal impact on individual companies if the IT-related activities are limited within the company or office.
