for an example, all of us are P2P built-in and ready, right? 
further imagine a P2P-based security-check system, ie. no police to provie C/S services, but everybody can check others in his suspect of threats to his safety. under such a circumstances,  no bandwidth bottleneck, everybody will be feeling safe. right?</description>
